Project Description:
- Design, Manufacturing and Transport of 01 Square Section Metal Barge 8000 x 6500 x 1900 mm approx. Profiles in A-36, designed to support 03 vertical turbine pumps of 40 HP, with approximate weight per pump of 1500 kg.
- Includes Monorail structure and Hoist lifting system with load capacity of 2 TM, (02) Sump Pumps, Electric Starters, Crouse Hinds Luminaires, Anchors (“dead”) and Winches for Anchors.
Monorail Support Structure (2TM) (h=5.5 m) with Columns, Rail Beam, Secondary Beams and Braces in A-36 Profiles.
- Monorail Beam for 2 Tons of Lifting with Overhangs at the Ends.
- Supports Bolted to the Platform Base Structure.
- Metal Structures Finish: 9 mills Epoxy
Work Platform 3.00m x 0.80m with A-36 profiles, located at a height of 3.20 from the Barge Platform.
- Floor with 42 kg/m2 standard grating in A-36 material.
- Railings in Ø1 ¼” STD pipe in A-53.
- Light Cat Ladder with A-36 Profiles.
- 12” SCH 40 Discharge Manifold
Assembly of the fabrications on site, with Cranes provided by Antamina and launching of the barges in the lagoon.
