Project Description:
- Design and manufacture of a multiple metal barge system, designed to support and maintain 03 GOULDS brand 125hp VTP pumps in operation.
- Rectangular section metal floats completely ballasted for system stability. Finished with organic zinc and 12 millimeter interior and exterior epoxy.
- Includes discharge manifold and “S” curve to reach the water level and connect with the 12” diameter discharge pipe.
- Lifting system with three monorails in A-36 profiles (one per pump) for maintenance work and motor-pump removal. Each monorail with its own 2TM hoist.
- 200 m of floating walk in 6 meter sections, with all safety requirements for personnel mobilization.
