Project Description:
SYSTEM 5550
- 02 metal barges, square section OF 8.00 x 6.00 x 1.5 m., with monorail structure and 5 TM electric hoist and trolley with chain, track and electric cable for longitudinal transfer.
- Each barge includes a platform with quick-opening manhole hatches, FRP grating, safety railings, lighting system for night work and lightning rod system against electrical storms for the protection of people, machines and equipment.
- 05 Peerless VTP pumps model 14MD-6 connected to 450hp, 4160V – NEMA PREMIUM hollow shaft vertical motors with 96.2% efficiency.
- 01 auxiliary barge module to support “Y” piece with 24” diameter discharge fittings with flanges according to standard.
- Includes 25 floats to support 30” diameter discharge pipes over a length of 252 meters located at a distance of approximately 10 meters from each other.
SYSTEM 2663
- 02 circular section metal barges measuring 5.00 x 5.00 x 1.27 m, including ballast pumps, 500 m of steel cable, expansion joints, 10” discharge hose and check and butterfly valves.
- 02 Peerless VTP pumps model 14MD-5 completely made of Stainless Steel, connected to 300hp, 460V – NEMA PREMIUM hollow shaft vertical motors with 96.2% efficiency.
- Each barge includes a platform with quick-opening manholes, FRP grating, safety railings, lighting system for night work and lightning rod system against electrical storms for the protection of people, machines and equipment.
- Manufacturing of floats for 8” discharge hose. The floats are capable of supporting the weight of the loaded pipe in 80 meters of length located every 10 meters.
- It includes 02 discharge hose lines of 80 meters each with flanges at the ends according to standard.

- 02 circular section metal barges of 3.50 x 3.50 x 1.27 m., including ballast pumps, 300 m of steel cable, expansion joints, 10” discharge hose and check and butterfly valves.
- 02 Peerless VTP pumps model 12LD-2 connected to 50hp, 460V – NEMA PREMIUM hollow shaft vertical motors with 94.5% efficiency.
- Each barge includes a platform with quick-opening manhole hatches, FRP grating, safety railings, lighting system for night work and lightning rod system against electrical storms for the protection of people, machines and equipment.
- Manufacture of floats for 8” discharge hose. The floats are capable of supporting the weight of the loaded pipe in 40 meters long located every 3 meters.
- 02 discharge hose lines of 40 meters each are included with flanges at the ends according to the standard.
